🐥 Its beautiful story, narrated by its previous owner :

This necklace is an upcycled jewel*: it was created from vintage earrings.

The green amethyst, also called prasiolite or green quartz, was already known in antiquity, and very appreciated for its ornamental qualities.

More recently, this stone enjoyed a revival in popularity during the Art Deco period when it was used extensively in decoration and jewelry.

It is believed to have good luck charm qualities, as well as an ability to eliminate negative and toxic energies.

* Upcycling, is an Anglo-Saxon word that literally translates as "overcycling" or "recycling from above" . The main difference between recycling and upcycling is the design of the finished product. Indeed, when we recycle, we destroy the material in order to rebuild again. With upcycling, it's the other way around! You take an object as it is and revalorize it, without spending additional energy to deconstruct the available material.

🐥

All our jewels are purified from the energies they may have accumulated (purification by salt) before being offered to you.

Our treasures have lived, and this is what makes their charm. In spite of our meticulous restoration and cleaning of our jewels, they may show some traces of life. If these proved to be notable, we will obviously share them with you in the description of the jewel.
